“Rumble of the Kings 2011 ROK 16”

Rumble of the Kings Promotions (ROK) is once again proud to present one of the worlds greatest fightingsport’s event of the year!

Rumble of the Kings 2011 will take place in Hovet Arena – Stockholm on november 26 and will consist of a dozen fantastic super bouts, a lot of entertainment and action! The production is one of the biggest in the world with an estimated cost of one million US$ to cover the 4 hours.

The shows are broadcasted live or with delay around the world.The main target is men (70%) 18 – 45 years of age, and the venue is ex- pected to be sold out which means around 9 000 people.

In previous years the event has been visited by 7 000 – 12 000 spectators. The 2010 years ROK event was broadcasted on 55 different networks and one of the fights; Jorgen Kruth vs Bob Sapp was the most seen clip on youtube for two days. The media coverage of the ROK events is huge. Usually around 100 journalist from different media (National television Sport news, newspapers etc) attends the shows.

Exposure possibilities round about the arena.

(The exposure is foremost regarding the audience on stage but in some cases even the photographers and the TV viewers)

Commercial viewed on the Bigscreen

Available in versions of 10-30 seconds and/or exposure of logotypes on the big screens in the arena or around the foyer. (This is to be delivered to the organizers production department at the agreed time.)

Live commercial in the arena

Live performances of 1-2 minutes on stage during the event, such as Big Bill vs Small Bill fight for Comviq KO. An- other example of this could be the Iprenmannen (famous Swedish commercial figure) dancing up on stage playing guitar between the rounds. This could also take part as a catwalk with models showing fashion and/or underwears whilst doing the presentations. (The ideas and all the nec- essary materials is to be delivered on time to the organizers production department as agreed)

Billboards and commercial on TV during the broadcast. (This possibility is to be looked into if it is demanded or wished for)

Display cases
Available areas in the foyer from 9 square metres and more. This is to be used as retails, displaying or similar

 

activities. All the necessary equipment such as interior, elec- tric or telephone sockets, flat screens etc can be rented from the Globe Arena if required. The construction of the display case and the delivery of all the products have to be done by the buyer on the day of the event at 10 am if nothing else is agreed. NB The organizer is only responsible for sell- ing the license to exposure and/or selling the products.

 

Show/Music

As a sponsor you can also contribute with a music perfor- mance during the event. This can be a radio channel presenting a famous artist or a DJ with logotypes on the stage and on the outfits.

Matchsponsors for the superfights or the whole tourna- ment. Example of this: The presentation will be that this fight or tournament is sponsored by XXXX and both fighters and their seconds will be wearing printed T-shirts with logotypes during the fight (only the seconds) and during the entance to the ring. This will be shown on the bigscreen and on TV from the stage threw the catwalk and to the ring. ( Appr 6 T-shirts for both teams. The event will have 4-5 different superfights and one 8-mans tourna- ment). The sponsors can also give away or let the ring announcer give away a product to the fighters/winners of the fight since this is a great opportunity to display your product to each and everyone. (The buyer must print and deliver the T-shirts or other agreed materials to the orga- nizers production department on the agreed time.)

     

Logotypes on the clothes for the staff and functionaries

Around 80-100 T-shirts is being worn by the staff during the night of the event.The working area is fore most among the audience on the floor and around. (The buyer is responsible that the T-shirts is made, printed and deliv- ered to the production department on the time that is as agreed.)

Other exposures in the arena or around

All materials for exposure are delivered by the buyer on the agreed time. Exposure sites around the actual boxing ring are also available. Those will be caught by photogra- phers, TV bur also by the audience in the arena.

Logotypes on the floor of the ring

16 pillows are placed around the ring (these pillows are being shaped as “Toblerone”). Logotypes in a vectorized format (eps) is to be delivered by the buyer to the producer threw E-mail on agreed time. The producer will arrange the printing and the pillows at their own expense.

Logotypes in the corners of the boxing ring

The pillows of the corners is 4 all together and being sold in pairs of 2. Logotypes in a vectorized format (eps) is to be delivered by the buyer to the producer threw E-mail on agreed time. The producer will arrange the printing and the pillows at their own expense.

Large logotype in the centre of the ring

3 * 3 meters, can be bought exclusive where you are alone or not exclusive where you share the space with other companies logotypes (maximum 1* 1 m) on the sides. Smaller logotypes on the sides of the centerlogotype

About 1*1 meters and with a maximum of 8.. Only to be bought if no one else has the exklusive rights of the carpet in the ring. Logotypes in a vectorized format (eps) is to be delivered by the buyer to the producer threw E-mail on agreed time. The producer will arrange the printing and the pillows at their own expense.

 

Logotyped tapestries on the corners of the big screen

4 tapestries in fabric sold as 2 pairs. The big screen is a 8 sides buildingthatishangingfromtheceilingabovethe boxing ring. It is about 10 * 10 meters and 3 meters high. 4 of these sides consists of fabric and the 4 corners ( 3 meters high and 2 meters wide) are a excellent place for printed tapestries with logotypes. Logotypes in a vectorized format (eps) is to be delivered by the buyer to the producer threw E-mail on agreed time. The producer will arrange the print- ing and the pillows at own expense.

Logotypes on the round signs

4 signs, Round 2-5, with prints on the front and the back. These are to be shown by the girls between the rounds. Logotypes in a vectorized format (eps) is to be delivered by the buyer to the producer threw E-mail on agreed time. The producer will arrange the printing and the pillows at own expenses.
Logotypes on the roundgirls outfits.The buyer must produce/print and deliver the tops or other to the production department as agreed. Sizes and models will be decided after consultation with the producer.

Logotypes on the boxing gloves

These gloves are used by the fighters during fights ( 30 pairs). Logotypes in a vectorised format (eps) is to be delivered by the buyer to the producer threw E-mail on agreed time. The producer will arrange the printing and the pillows at own expense.

The company presenting the event

The name of the company will be added to the official name of the event, for example Rumble of the Kings- Martinspoker trophy. This means that the sponsor takes part in presenting the official event and all the marketing included. This marketing is bought by the organizer/pro- ducer to promote the event threw TV, Subways, advertising in magazines, newspaper, Internet etc. The budget for
the event is approximately 1 000 000 sek for each event. (This is only to be done if a company buys the exclusive rights for all the marketing at the event).

     

RECOMMENDED OPTIONAL SERVICES

 

Let your company fight or train with Paolo Roberto or Jörgen kruth.

The organizer has the possibility to arrange a side event for our sponsors where they get the chance to find out what it is like to train and or fight with Sweden ́s most famous fighting profiles as the former pro boxer Paolo Roberto or the multipleamateur and professional world champion Jörgen Kruth. Why not spice it all up by letting one of your employees /customers or friends go a few rounds with Sweden ́s only female amatur and professional world champion Pernilla Johansson?

Another idea is to challenge your competitors/co-workers etc in a so called mini K-1 tournament. This can take place at a party where we arrange a controlled tournament with real gloves and protection gears, while the audience/ employees can eat, drink and bet with fake money on their colleagues/the contestants. (These kind of side events will be discussed in consultation with the sponsor and is only to be arranged for sponsors that buys larger packets.)

 

Exposure of logotypes on Internet

The organizers have themselves, threw collaboration partners, acces to about 300 000 E-amil adresses. These are getting different offers and updates about fights etc. via e- mail from the producers. (Logotypes in a vectorised format, eps,deliversbythebuyertotheorganizerviae-mailatthe agreed time. The organizer will see to the production at their own expenses.

 

Tickets lotteries

As a collaboration partner you can arrange competitions via the own homepage or other advertisements and radio and give away tickets for the event. (This is a excellent optional choice to one of the other ways of exposure. The number of tickets for this is given in relation to the sponsoring.

 

Competitions/lotteries in the arena

The ringannouncer arrange a lottery with products/prices for the guests. These lotteries can as an example be held before the start of the event in the display case.

 

Awards for the fighters

The ring announcer or a representative from the company can give away products/awards till the winner of a super- fight or the tournament. (This can only be done by the company that bought the regarding fight/tournament).

 

Logotype exposure on the VIP-invitation

The invitation is sent to 100 chosen guests (celebrities) by the official party planner of the event. Previous this has been done by Johan Carlén and the guests have been everyone from Mikael Persbrandt to Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Pernilla Wahlgren. Exposure at the afterparty

This year the afterparty, as it is planned today, will be arranged at the nightclub Berns. There you will have the op- portunity to do certain exposure and get a number of tickets and VIP tables to your own employees, guests or customers. (The party starts at 11 pm and will be going on until closing. All the VIP guests and fighters will be invited and besides them all the guests of the event are given the possibility to buy tickets for the party at ticnet or at the box office.

This website has a lot of visitors and has close to 2,5 million hits the months prior to an event and the weeks after. Abannerwithcompetitionsoftickets,travelsetc and a link to the own homepage is a great combination with the other services. Event tickets

Every sponsor gets a number of VIP tickets (for themselves at the first row, closest to the ring and not to be sold, in front of the ringside 1), grandstand tickets (for give-aways to guests/employees/customers), tickets to the afterparty or VIP table at Berns (for you and a number of guests). What kind of ticket and how many depends on the exposure you have bought and the amount of sponsoring this means for the event.

And another 200 people working to put this event together. The shows contain the best of professional boxing, MMA, MuayThai and K-1 fight series, which ROK has the exclusive right to promote in Scandinavia. These matches are put together in an atmosphere more like a rock concert than anything else with different music entertainments between the rounds, such as orchestra, rappers and rock bands. The K-1 part of the shows used to be elimination tournaments from which the Scandinavian winner qualified to the next level but since 2009 the K-1 fights are organized as super fights.

ROK started to organize fight events through its professional training academy Vallentuna Boxing Camp (VBC) in 1993. VBC grew and became one of the worlds leading fight-training facilities with several amateur and professional Muay Thai and Kickboxing World Champions throughout the years and more years to come.

ROK has since 2003 produced over 15 major events of which 7 has taken place within Globearenas. The fights has been watched by over 80 000 spectators and millions of TV & internet viewers around the world. The ROK fighting series is the biggest fighting event in Scandinavia, top 3 in Europe and one of the big- ger fighting events in the world.
