Best Glory World Series visitors. We want to draw attention to all ticket buyers to the gala venue change to the Annex which is located directly adjacent to the Ericsson Globe. First of all, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. But we want to assure all ticket buyers that the seat you are given at the Annex will be as good or even better than the place you booked to the Globe. Staff will be available on site and assist visitors with coordination of the ticket change and piloting to new locations. The games, the arrangement and the budget will not be affected by the relocation.

We also regret the problems with the box office Ticnet. We know that at times it has not been possible to book tickets due to technical problems and that there also have been problems with links. Besides that it has created problems for our ticket buyer and it impacted ticket sales as many people could not buy tickets. These technical problems should now be resolved and tickets can be booked on ticnet.se. If you have any further problems booking tickets please call 077-131-00-00.

General information regarding ticket changes that the change of venue is:

Those who bought ringside tickets will receive exactly the same resins at the Annex.

Those who bought tribune or parquet tickets will have the same or better areas with the new configuration.

Ringside and VIP tickets need not be replaced. These sites will pass the same at the Annex.

Purchasing tickets other than those relating ringside and VIP will be exchanged for Annexet tickets. This is done on site before the event in designated booths at the Ericsson Globe’s entrance second So do not forget to bring your old ticket.

The entrance to the annex is via the Ericsson Globe’s main entrance, Entrance 2nd.
